Manchester’s leading Communal Space Cleaning Provider has today announced it has secured two new contracts at the Iconic Regency House and Brazil House in the vibrant Manchester Gay Village.

The two acquisitions will add to the presence of the company in the Village, who already have successful long standing contracts including Lancaster House, China House. Sackville Street and Bloom Street Apartment Blocks.

Director Carl Austin-Behan OBE DL who is a well known activist for LGBTQ+ rights has said,
“Its always a pleasure to look after these beautiful Mill Conversions. Manchester has such a Rich Cultural Heritage. When it comes to these iconic buildings, there are not many places that cherish and sympathetically restore them into dwellings better than Manchester.

Both Directors have previously owned apartments in Mill conversions including the ground breaking Jackson Warehouse development and obviously have a passion for looking after these important pieces of the Manchester story.
